5.5.2025 | Don't lend your login details to your loved ones
It's okay to help your family with electronic account management. But only if everyone has their own access credentials, which is made possible by so-called electronic disposition. If we learn that someone else has entered your password (even with your permission) we have to temporarily block the account. The security rules are relentless. We will be happy to help you with setting up the disposition authorisation at the branch or advise you on our helpline 495 300 300.
11.4.2025 | Try this: Improvements in Internet Banking
- In the Movements (payment history), you can now filter payments by individual cards. Just a few clicks and you know what you paid with your debit card, credit card, or for example, an authorised user card.
- For domestic payments, contact payments, and SEPA payments, you can add a private note in the "My notes" field. The recipient will not see it, only you or an authorised user with account access. The note is also useful when you need to find the payment.
11.4.2025 | One form covers most foreign payments
Please enter foreign payments within the Czech Republic in the "Foreign and SEPA payment" form. It does the same as the separate form, which you will no longer find in the Internet Banking from April. We apologize if you were used to it. However, it was redundant, and therefore it will disappear.
